A reputable Personal Injury litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support the trial team from the filing of the complaint through trial. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of PI litigation experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced caseload. Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist trial attorneys from case initiation through trial.
- Propound and respond to extensive discovery.
- Draft a variety of legal documents, including motions, oppositions, replies, pleadings, declarations, and exhibit lists.
- Manage case calendaring, deadlines, and reminders.
- Coordinate and notice depositions, hearings, and other court appearances.
- Arrange CourtCall and appearance attorneys as needed.
- Organize, prepare, and file legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Draft professional correspondence.
- Perform special projects and provide additional litigation support as needed.
Top 3 Requirements
- Previous personal injury experience
- 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience
- Spanish language skills are a plus (not required)
